Kiel Card & Expert Ring

To maintain our servers balance throughout each jobs we enabled our Kiel Card & Expert Ring Combo

Description and Demonstration if you equipped 3 Kiel Cards at the same time.

Item	Effect	Brief Explanation
Kiel D-01 Card	Reduces all skill's after-cast delay by 30%.	You can only wear 1 Kiel Card if you do not have Expert Ring. If you wear 2 ONLY 1 will take effect.
Expert Ring	Reduces after-cast delay by 5%	You can use this by default but Kiel Card will take effect if you wear 2 Expert Rings
Sealed Kiel Card	Reduces all skill's after-cast delay by 10%.	Cannot be used with Kiel D-01 Card
